RULE BOOK DISCLAIMER


The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator, or official.

The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinions do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final.

FLAG RULES



GREEN FLAG Start racing! All starts shall be slow with the pole car setting the pace. Any car attempting to jump the start will cause a no start.

YELLOW FLAG Stalled car or debris on the track!

RED FLAG Severe collision or track blocked! Stop immediately then proceed to the start/finish line and stop for re-lineup. Last lap will not be counted when red flag is thrown. Re-lineup will be determined by last completed green flag lap. If race is red flagged on the first lap. Cars will be lined up in original starting position.

WHITE FLAG One lap remaining.

CHECKERED FLAG End of race!

BLACK FLAG Leave the track immediately! For misconduct or for unsportsmanlike behavior you cannot re-enter that race.

If you go to the pits on a yellow or red flag, you automatically go tailback. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any car that brings out 3 cautions goes to pits.

All cars involved in a yellow goes tailback unless flagman feels it was a deliberate hit. We try not to make judgment calls.

ALL CARS SUBJECT TO PROTEST

Protest must be filed with management or track official. A $150.00 fee must be posted. A time limit on the protest is 10 minutes after the race is finished. Protested car will be checked immediately after feature race by track official. If the protested car is declared illegal the protest fee will be returned to protesting party. If the protested car is declared legal, they will receive the $150.00 protest fee. Any car found illegal will forfeit any prize money, points and trophy won on that racing program.
